structure は橋や体のような物理的な「構造」だけでなく、文章、計画、組織、生活の流れなどの「構成・仕組み」にも使えます。

動詞では、ただ作るというより、目的に合うように順序や形を考えて整える意味があります。structure a lesson、structure a deal、structure your time のように使います。

building はふつう「建物」を意味します。structure は建物を含むより広い語で、橋、塔、骨組み、制度の仕組みなどにも使えます。
