不満を言う、文句を言う 何かがよくない、不公平だ、困るなどと感じて、その不満を言葉で表すこと。日常会話でよく使います。
苦情を言う、クレームをつける 店、会社、サービスなどに対して、問題を直してほしいという気持ちで不満を伝えること。英語の complain は「苦情を言う」という動詞で、日本語の「クレームする」より自然です。
