基本形は susceptible to
「〜の影響を受けやすい」「〜にかかりやすい」と言うときは、susceptible to disease, susceptible to damage, susceptible to pressure のように to を使うのが基本です。

vulnerable との違い
vulnerable は「弱くて危険・攻撃・被害を受けやすい」という意味が強く、susceptible は「特定の影響・病気・変化に反応しやすい」という意味でよく使われます。

susceptible of は硬い表現
susceptible of interpretation のような形は「解釈の余地がある」という意味ですが、formal で少し古風です。日常では can be interpreted や open to interpretation の方が自然なことが多いです。
