使い方

• 形容詞はやや硬い表現

  manifest を「明らかな」という形容詞で使うと、obvious や clear より少しフォーマルに聞こえます。日常会話では obvious のほうがよく使われます。

• manifest itself as の形

  病気・ストレス・問題などが「〜として現れる」と言うとき、manifest itself as ... がよく使われます。例: Anxiety can manifest itself as physical symptoms.

• 名詞は物流・旅行で使う

  名詞の manifest は、一般的な「リスト」ではなく、積荷や乗客の公式リストを指すことが多いです。

よくある間違い
