• 誤: It is a huge of building.

  正: It is a huge building.

  huge は形容詞なので、名詞の前にそのまま置きます。a huge of は使いません。

  人数が多いと言いたいときは huge people ではなく、a huge number of people と言います。huge people は「体が巨大な人々」という意味に聞こえます。
