一致する、対応する 2つのものが内容・形・数・位置などの点で合っている、または互いに対応関係にあること。よく correspond to と使います。
手紙やメールでやり取りする 遠くにいる人などと、手紙・メールなどで連絡を取り合うこと。よく correspond with と使います。

correspond to と correspond with
correspond to は「〜に一致する」「〜に対応する」という意味でよく使います。correspond with は「〜と手紙・メールでやり取りする」という意味で特によく使います。ただし correspond with も「〜と一致する」の意味で使われることがあります。

「一致する」は日常会話では match がよく使われます。correspond はレポート、説明、地図、表、公式な文脈でよく使われる少し硬めの語です。
