「状態」は in good condition の形でよく使う
物や人の状態を言うときは in good condition、in bad condition、in poor condition などの形が自然です。単に good condition とだけ言うより、be in good condition と覚えると使いやすいです。

「条件」は condition と requirement の違いに注意
condition は契約・許可・約束などが成立するための条件を広く表します。requirement は試験・応募・法律などで必要とされる要件という感じが強いです。

conditions は「環境・状況」を表しやすい
working conditions は「労働条件・労働環境」、weather conditions は「気象条件」、living conditions は「生活環境」の意味です。この用法では複数形がよく使われます。
よくある間違い
