確実性、確かなこと あることが間違いなく起こる、または真実であるという性質を表します。
確実なもの、必ず起こること 「ほぼ間違いなく起こること」や「確実と思われる人・物」を指すときは、数えられる名詞として使うことがあります。

certainty と certain の違い
certainty は名詞で「確信・確実性」。certain は形容詞で「確かな、確信している」という意味です。例: I am certain.「私は確信している」 / I have certainty.「私は確信を持っている」

「確実に、確信を持って」と言いたいときは with certainty が自然です。特に否定文では cannot say with certainty「確実には言えない」がよく使われます。
