「〜の側面」と言うときは aspect of を使うのが最も自然。an important aspect of life（人生の重要な側面）のように使う。

aspect は日常会話でも使うが、point（点）や part（部分）より少し説明的・書き言葉的な響きがある。レポート、議論、ビジネスでよく使われる。

「〜の観点から」は from a legal aspect, from a cultural aspect のように形容詞を入れると自然。ただし from a legal point of view のほうが日常的な場合も多い。
