• 解雇の意味に注意

  employment termination や notice of termination は、人事文脈では解雇・雇用終了を意味します。

よくある間違い

• 誤: The movie's termination was happy.

  正: The movie's ending was happy.

  映画や物語の結末には ending を使います。termination は契約や雇用などの正式な終了に使います。

• 誤: I did a termination of my homework.

  正: I finished my homework.

  宿題を終える場合は finish を使います。termination は不自然です。
