possibility of + 名詞／動名詞
「〜の可能性」は possibility of rain や possibility of moving のように、of の後に名詞または動名詞を置くのが自然です。

「〜という可能性」は possibility that the plan will change のように that 節で表せます。

chance との違い
chance は日常会話でよく使われる「可能性・見込み」です。possibility は少し客観的・分析的で、会議や説明文でもよく使われます。
