    poetry は「詩という文学分野」や「詩全体」を表す数えられない名詞です。poem は「1つの詩」を表す数えられる名詞です。例: I like poetry. / I wrote a poem.

  • poetry は普通 a poetry と言わない

    poetry は通常不可算名詞なので、1作品を言いたいときは a poem、複数なら poems を使います。
