• 動詞は measure

  measurement は名詞で「測定」や「測定値」という意味です。「〜を測る」と言いたいときは動詞 measure を使います。例: We measure the room.（部屋を測る）

• take a measurement が自然

  数値をはかって記録する場合、英語では take a measurement（測定する）という表現がよく使われます。do a measurement より自然です。

• 複数形 measurements

  服、家具、体などの「寸法」を言うときは measurements と複数形で使うことが多いです。例: body measurements（体の寸法）。
