よくある間違い

• 誤: The board endorsed to the plan.

  正: The board endorsed the plan.

  endorse は他動詞なので、目的語を直接置きます。to は不要です。

• 誤: Please endorse your name on the check.

  正: Please endorse the check.

  金融文脈では endorse the check だけで、小切手に裏書きする意味になります。
