• present の発音に注意

  at present の present は名詞・形容詞の発音 /ˈprez.ənt/ です。動詞 present の /prɪˈzent/ とは違います。

よくある間違い

• 誤: In present, we are busy.

  正: At present, we are busy.

  『現在』の副詞句は at present と言います。

• 誤: At the present, I have no time.

  正: At present, I have no time.

  この固定表現では the を入れません。
