with の後に中身を置く

be filled with の後には、何でいっぱいなのかを置きます。flowers, people, hope, tears などとよく使います。
be full of と近い

be filled with と be full of は近い意味ですが、be filled with は少し描写的で、何かが満たされている感じが強いです。
