• to の後は名詞か動名詞

よくある間違い

• 誤: I am adjusted to live in Tokyo.

  正: I am adjusted to living in Tokyo.

  この to は前置詞なので、後ろに動詞を置くなら -ing 形にします。

• 誤: The seat is adjusted for my height to.

  正: The seat is adjusted to my height.
